Animal Models for Coronavirus Research

VectorBuilder has partnered with Cyagen to offer genetically modified mouse models for your coronavirus research needs. In order to study the clinical impacts of human coronaviruses (hCoVs), such as SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2 (aka COVID-19), and MERS-CoV, Cyagen has developed humanized, knockout (KO), and ROSA26 knockin (KI) mouse models of popular genes mediating viral pathology in vivo: ACE2, APN/ANPEP, DPP4, TMPRSS2, etc. in both the C57 and BALB/c background.
